Steve Presley

I have been buying, selling, managing and building real estate for over 30 years. Over the last 12 years, I have participated with others in the marketing, purchasing and selling of some 3,000 pre-construction properties worth $1.5 billion. I personally have bought and sold $10 million worth of preconstruction properties.

I currently serve as a principal in Price Morgan, LLC along with Tom Bissmeyer and Kyle Dreier. For 20 plus years, I have owned a real estate management company, specializing in single-family houses and beachfront resort condominiums. I have also owned a construction company for four years, building custom and spec houses.

Prior to that, I served in corporate America for 23 years, holding a management position as President and CEO of a Fortune 500 company. I currently co-own a major logistics company based in Tennessee.

For fun I spend a great deal of time with my wife and two boys. We enjoy hunting, fishing, skiing (water and snow), and of course, we enjoy relaxing at the beach.
